Sigmund Mosley, Jr.
Mr. Mosley is President of Imlay Investments, Inc., a firm owned by John P. Imlay, Jr. that makes direct equity investments typically in new technology companies. As President, Mr. Mosley selects companies for investment, structures deals and oversees the Imlay Investment portfolio. Previously, he was a Vice President for Management Science America, Inc. (now Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc.) where he directed the company's finance and accounting functions. Additionally, Mr. Mosley has worked for Peat Marwick & Mitchell as a staff accountant.
Mr. Mosley serves on the board of directors of Ardext Technologies, Inc.; Bank Intelligence; Contract Packaging, Inc.; eQuorum Corporation, EzGov, Inc., Fountainhead Water Company, Inc.; Kelly Registration, Inc.; MCF Systems, Inc.; Photobooks, Inc.; and USBA Holdings, Inc. In addition, Mr. Mosley is a director of The Imlay Foundation, Inc. and a venture partner with Armada Venture Group.
Mr. Mosley received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
Donald R. Millard
Mr. Millard was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AGCO Corporation, a NYSE listed company until February 2004, when he retired. He was responsible for all product development, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing activities. AGCO Corporation is a Fortune 500 company and the third largest manufacturer and distributor of farm equipment in the world, with sales over $5 billion in over 140 countries.
Mr. Millard was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Matria Healthcare, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. In his prior employment, he was responsible for all aspects of the company, which achieved #5 ranking on the list of Georgia's 100 Best Performing Companies in 1999. He held that position from 1997 until 2000, when he joined AGCO. Mr. Millard was associated with Matria and its predecessor, Healthdyne, Inc., from 1987 until 1997 as Senior Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
Mr. Millard holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
Robert W. Springfield
Mr. Springfield retired in 2006 as a Senior Faculty Member and Manufacturing Specialist with Georgia Tech's Economic Development Institute. Mr. Springfield assists manufacturing companies with enterprise strategy, financial analysis and planning, competitiveness tactics, lean manufacturing, constraint management and business software applications. Previously, he worked with a manufacturing consulting firm implementing cost reduction projects, management information systems and facility plans. Mr. Springfield also has worked for a regional retail chain in the area of logistics.
Mr. Springfield served as Treasurer on the board of directors for RCW Industries and on U.S. Department of Commerce steering committees concerning lean manufacturing, constraint management, information technology and trade policy. He regularly advises new technology companies that sell into the manufacturing market.
Mr. Springfield holds a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University. He is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and a Professional Business Advisor (U.S. Department of Commerce).
